When news of the Yashica EZ521 broke, it was billed as the ‘Digital Holga.’ I am going to go out on a limb here and say somebody at Yashica gave it that nickname. It’s received tons of press, and piqued our curiosity enough that we tracked one down and had it shipped in from Japan.

    I have to be honest, the Digital Holga name lured me into purchasing it. I was horrible disappointed with the results. Would have been better off with a Harinezumi.

    I agree. That ‘Digital Holga’ crap has actually got many people ‘conned’ into buying it … I think. Hahaha! Glad I waited for sample photos and not jump into purchasing one. The Harinezumi still rulez!

    Yeah I think a camera contest of one picture from a cell phone would be interesting.

    Since the camera basically has a cell phone camera in it, sticking with that theme, why not a crappy cell phone pic contest?

    I didn’t even bother to get one :D i had a test in a shop, I looked at my harinezumi and i smiled..
