Like picking which one of your children is your favorite, its tough to pick just one image that defines you as a photographer. So that’s just what we’re asking you to do. Pick one iconic image, and tell us the story of how you created it. In the image above, I was shooting Holga at the Morris Arboretum, and this little Russian Girl followed us around, checking out each camera that I took from the bag, and what I was photographing. We smiled and waved to her family, and as they paused in front of us, I took this image. Right after she left I took another one, but it wasn’t the same without the little Russian Girl.
